How we run it for warehouses & manufacturers
A bin on the dock, swapped on schedule
For a facility that generates pallets, packaging, cardboard, scrap, and line waste, the container should be a fixture, not an errand. We place a 20-yard at your dock or in the yard and swap it on the cadence your throughput needs: daily for high-volume operations, weekly for most, on call for seasonal spikes. A swap called in before noon is usually done that afternoon. While the bin is on an active swap schedule, there's no daily rental charge, no trip fee, and no relocate fee; you pay per pull.
What goes in, what stays out
The 20-yard takes pallets, crates, packaging, cardboard, plastic strapping, scrap lumber, non-hazardous production waste, and general facility trash. It includes one ton; over that is $75 per ton from the scale ticket. Loads that are mostly pallets and cardboard rarely hit the ton. Loads with metal scrap, dense product, or wet material can, and we'll flag it after the first few pulls so you can decide whether to separate. Hazardous materials, liquids, batteries, and electronics are never accepted; we'll help you identify a specialty vendor if you generate them.
Pricing that rewards volume
Monthly volume tiers: 1 to 4 boxes at standard account pricing, 5 to 9 at volume pricing, 10 or more at the best rate, tied to a service agreement that locks the number for the year. Your tier is set each month from the prior month's container count, so a busy month earns the better rate the next month. Net 30 billing, itemized invoices, and scale tickets attached whenever tonnage applies.
Where we run this today
Most of our facility accounts are along the 7800 South and Bangerter corridors in West Jordan, in the West Valley industrial parks, and on the west side of Salt Lake City. All three are a short haul from the west-side disposal sites, which is why we can hold a swap schedule without missing. If your facility is elsewhere in the county, we'll still price it; tell us the address and the expected pulls per month.

Can we keep a bin on site permanently?
Yes. Accounts on a swap schedule keep a bin on site full time. While you're actively swapping, there's no daily rental charge.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Rates step down at 5 boxes per month and again at 10, based on the prior month's container count. The 10+ tier comes with a service agreement.
