Finishing new homes
Herriman has grown faster than almost any city in the valley, and most of our work here is finishing what the builder didn't: backyards delivered as bare dirt, basement finishes, and fence and patio installs. Yard work produces dirt and rock for the 7-yard box; basement finishes produce framing, drywall, and packaging for the 20-yard. Rosecrest and Anthem lots are often sloped, so tell us about the grade when you book.
Edge of the radius
Herriman sits right around our 20-mile standard radius. Most addresses in Herriman Towne Center and the older east side are inside it with no mileage fee; the far southwest edge may pick up a small mileage charge, which we'll quote at booking before you commit. Trans-Jordan Landfill is close by, so once the bin is full, the swap is quick.
HOAs and placement
Many Herriman neighborhoods have HOA rules on dumpster duration and visibility. The driveway is always the safe placement and needs no city permit. If you need the bin longer than seven days, it's $25 a day and we'll help you plan around the HOA's window.
