Multi-family and small commercial
Midvale has more apartment and townhome density than most of the south valley, especially around Bingham Junction and along State Street. Property managers use us for unit turnovers, common-area cleanouts, and move-out days, and we set up Net 30 accounts so a manager with several buildings isn't paying at booking every time.
Historic Midvale and Union
Old Midvale, around Main Street, has early-1900s homes that produce heavy remodel debris: plaster, brick, and old-growth framing. Union and the east side are 1960s and 70s homes with the standard remodel, roof, and cleanout work. A full gut of one of the older homes usually fills a 20-yard and approaches the included ton, so we'll talk weight with you before you load.
Placement and turnaround
Midvale is about six miles from our base, and disposal at ACE Intermountain on Wallace Road or Trans-Jordan is a short haul in either direction, so swaps here rarely wait on a dump line. Same-day delivery on weekday morning orders is normal. Driveway placement needs no permit. Street placement requires city permission, and on the narrower streets in old Midvale we'd rather find a spot in the driveway or side yard than block the road. Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box.
