Magna is on the far west side of the valley but well inside our 20-mile standard radius, so there's no mileage fee. Salt Lake Valley Solid Waste on California Avenue is close, which keeps disposal runs short and swaps quick.
Homes and lots
Magna housing is 1940s through 80s homes near Main Street and Pleasant Green, with newer subdivisions on the south side. The work is cleanouts, roof replacements, remodels, and lot cleanups on the larger properties. Yard and lot cleanups are often bulky-but-light loads that fill a 20-yard fast without approaching the weight limit.
Placement
Driveway placement in Magna needs no permit, and most driveways are wide enough for a 20-yard with room to spare. Street placement requires permission from the city. On the larger properties on the south and west sides there's usually room to set the bin in a side yard or on gravel, which keeps it off the concrete entirely.
