SunCrest, Corner Canyon, and the bench
Draper's newer neighborhoods have some of the steepest and tightest driveways we serve. SunCrest lots in particular can have grades that make bin placement a judgment call. Send us a photo of the spot when you book and we'll confirm whether the truck can set and retrieve it safely before the driver leaves the yard. On flat lots in the historic district and along 12300 South it's straightforward.
New construction punch-list and landscaping
A lot of Draper work is finishing what the builder left: backyards delivered as bare dirt, basement finishes, and punch-list debris. Sod installs and re-grades produce dirt and rock, which go in the 7-yard box at a flat rate. Framing and drywall from a basement finish go in the 20-yard. Many Draper customers order one of each.
Established Draper
Older Draper around the historic district and east of 1300 East has 1970s through 90s homes with the standard remodel, roofing, and cleanout work. Estate cleanouts on the larger lots often need two 20-yards back to back, and we'll schedule the swap so there's no gap between them. Roofers working the older neighborhoods stage bins with us the afternoon before tear-off. Lots here are flatter and wider than the bench, so placement is straightforward.
Turnaround
Draper is about 13 miles from our base, and Trans-Jordan Landfill is a straight run west on Bangerter Highway, so a full bin turns around quickly. Same-day delivery on weekday morning orders is typical for the flat parts of Draper; SunCrest and the upper Corner Canyon lots may run to the next morning if the schedule is tight, and we'll tell you at booking. Swaps called in before noon usually happen the same afternoon.
